在網上找資料，發現很多人提出了問題，但是解決的方法好像很少，我最後是看到的資料是說需要Crystal Reports 合並模塊，我當時看的很迷茫，什麼叫合並模塊，查了資料，MSDN上是這樣描述的，合並模塊是確保與應用程序一起安裝的報表組件和組件版本的正確性，Crystal Reports 合並模塊必須包含在安裝項目中才能用來部署報表。這些合並模塊位於以下默認位置：C:\Program Files\Common Files\Merge Modules。
可從 http://www.businessobjects.com/products/dev_zone/net/2005.asp/ 下載用於 Crystal Reports for Visual Studio 2005 的合並模塊。

當時我郁悶，因為我安裝過這個模塊的CrystalReportsRedist2005_X86.msm ，但是還是報這個錯，後來我把這個卸載了重新安裝了下，問題解決。我想起似乎是第一次安裝這個模塊的時候好像報過個什麼錯，當時選擇了忽略了這個錯誤，可能就是這樣沒安裝成功，所以有了錯誤。
