實際運用中當我用SqliteAdmin以及SQLite Expert Professional 2軟件新建Sqlite數據庫的時候在ASP.NET中是無法運用的，老是報錯：文件不是一個合法的數據庫。後來采用一種方法，就是直接在ASP.NET裡面利用引用入的DLL新建數據庫就可以用了。

System.Data.SQLite.SQLiteConnection.CreateFile(datasource); //產生文件
這樣產生出的test.db就可以在asp.net中運用了，此時你即使用SqliteAdmin以及SQLite Expert Professional 2軟件打開它在裡面建表都不影響它的使用了。
對Sqlite的操作其實跟Access非常像的，只不過OleDB開頭的都變成了SQLite而已…

默認情況下，如果數據庫文件不存在，會自動創建一個新的，使用這個參數，將不會創建，而是拋出異常信息

The Max Page Count is measured in pages. This parameter limits the maximum number of pages of the database.
Disable the Journal File （
禁用日志回滾）

This one disables the rollback journal entirely.
Persist the Journal File（持久）

This one blanks and leaves the journal file on disk after a commit. Default behaviour is to delete the Journal File after each commit.
Controling file flushing

Full specifies a full flush to take action after each write. Normal is the default value. Off means that the underlying OS flushes I/O's.
