.下載jakarta-taglibs-standard-1.1.2.zip(在Weblogic中必須下載1.0版http://jakarta.apache.org/site/downloads/downloads_taglibs-standard-1.0.cgi)
2.解壓後，將standard.jar和jstl.jar文件拷貝到\WEB-INF\lib\
3.將jakarta-taglibs-standard-1.1.1\tld\下的tld類型文件拷到"\WEB-INF\tlds"下(1.1是15個文件，1.0是8個)
4.在\WEB-INF\下建立web.xml文件：(以下<taglib>定義是針對1.0的）
