微信模板消息只能發給一個人，如果要群發,需要通過php循環，依次發送。
注意,如果模板消息發信息時有時無,不穩定,可能你的access_token令牌更新緩存不及時,過期了.可以根據日志文件查看.建議300秒更新一下.否則會很煩.
模板id需要自己去公眾號中設置行業後得到.
