oracle12c不能進入到http://localhost:1158/em的解決辦法

oracle12c的em經過精簡，比11g小 很多，登陸方式也發生了變化，原來的http://localhost:1158/em或者https://localhost:1158/em登陸總是會遇到問題，解決方法需要使用到XDB，需要設置一下端口。

先連接上

PL/SQL 過程已成功完成。

上面的過程把端口號改為8088然後訪問http://localhost:8088/em就可以了，親身試過。
