在命令行裡sqlplus
以system身份登錄，密碼是自己設的system

之後創建用戶scott密碼為tiger
SQL> create user scott identified by tiger;
用戶已創建。
授予登錄權限
SQL> grant create session to scott;
授權成功。
授予建表權限
SQL> grant create table to scott;
授權成功。
分配配額
SQL> alter user scott quota 10m on users;
用戶已更改。
修改用戶密碼
alter user 用戶名 identified by 新密碼
給用戶解鎖
alter user scott account unlock
登錄pl/sql
scott/tiger
建表
create table userinfo(
id number,
name varchar(20),
age number
)
出現ora-01950:對表空間‘SYSTEM’無權限
C:\Users\Administrator>sqlplus
