SQL Server 2008 Management Studio修改表後不能保存怎麼辦

SQL Server 2008 Management Studio修改表後不能保存如何解決？下面看實例。

安裝了SQL Server 2008  Express+SQL Server 2008 Management Studio.在修改一個數據庫表格的結構後保存時，出現如下錯誤提示：
“Saving changes is not permitted. The changes you have made require the following tables to be dropped and re-created. You have either made changes to a table that can't be re-created or enabled the option Prevent saving changes that require the table to be re-created”

提示信息：
"or enabled the option Prevent saving changes that require the table to be re-created."
 
要修改表格，只需要修改Tools-> Options -> Designers 然後將“Prevent saving changes that require table re-creation ”前的勾選去掉便OK了。
